Foods That Boost Immunity and Reduce Cancer Risk: A Comprehensive Guide

Eating certain foods can help boost immunity and increase the number of anti-cancer cells in the body, reducing the risk of developing various types of cancer. Tomatoes, for example, are rich in lycopene, an antioxidant that has been found to fight many types of cancer.
